User interface : buttons and menus

It enables you to manage the list of databases C&D Puzzle is linked to : you can add, remove, change or rename these databases.

Click on this button to generate the map corresponding to your selection.

File menu

It enables to manage the databases and to generate the map of the selected area.

The "Preferences..." menu allows to reach the adjustments for the software updates.

This functionnality enables C&D Puzzle to check automatically by Internet if an update is available for your product. The automatical check (activated by the corresponding box) is carried out every 15 days at the launching of C&D Puzzle. You can start a checking manually by clicking on the "Check now" button.

Help menu

The "help" menu gives access to the online help, allow access to its settings and give informations on the software and its licence.

Online help for Cartes & Données Puzzle is in HTML format, the format used to create Internet sites. In order to visualize the online help, therefore, your computer must contain an Internet navigator (Netscape, Internet Explorer...). The navigator used by the software is the one configured by default on your system.
